Passes are good for all educational clinics and lecture series events during the current season EXCLUDING Spring Clinic, accreditations, assessments and any 3-day package event.

Pass holders are subject to all published deadlines for registration including late fees, additional surcharges and refunds. If a clinic is cancelled within the two week deadline, 1/2 of the clinic fee will be charged to passholder's account or one clinic day will be taken away from the total 10 clinics allotted.

If no notice of cancellation is given before the event, the total charge of the clinic will be assessed to pass holders or one clinic day will be taken away from the total 10 clinics allotted.
