I oversaw the development and implementation of a Level I and Level II teaching process and was able to add the Assessments process to it as well.

I raced in many International Championships and World Cups. With that exposure, I was fortunate to train with many International and Olympic Teams, which helped me develop my skiing and teaching skills, for racing and coaching other athletes and students.

In 1984 I was selected to represent the Bolivian National Ski Team. From 1986 to 1992 I was selected to coach and be the Alpine Technical Director for the Bolivian National Ski Federation and for the Committee Olympic Boliviano for the Alpine Team.
