Alpine Certification Updates for 2019-2020

Alpine Level 1 Updates
This season we are excited to announce that we are adopting the PSIA Level 1 E-Learning Course as a prerequisite to attending the PSIA-I Level 1 assessment. The PSIA-I Level 1 Workbook is no longer required for the assessment, however we recommend candidates use this in their preparation. Complete details are on the Alpine Level 1 webpage.

Alpine Level 2 and 3 Updates
We have some great updates that streamline our assessment offerings while giving you more opportunity for success. The Teach Assessments will only be offered in a two-day format and the Ski Assessments will only be offered in a single day format.

The new Teach format allows time for candidates to show their movement analysis and teaching skills while receiving some coaching or feedback. Our goal is to improve candidate performance and reduce stress.

The Ski Assessments will follow the same single day format as last season, with the addition that candidates may receive some performance-based information during the exam. More information is available on the Alpine Level 2 and Alpine Level 3 webpages.
