Office Update

Written by Office Staff

Welcome to (almost) winter from the PSIA/AASI-I office team. As a refresher:

 – Vicki Mills (accounting@psia-i.org) is our bookkeeper/accountant and has a great depth of knowledge regarding the Division processes.
 – Kathy Sudweeks (admin@psia-i.org) is our member service focal point, and answers most of the emails to the office, often trying to unravel complicated situations and turn them into successful situations.
 – Kathryn Milne (assistant@psia-i.org) is the member services team member who tackles whatever is needed. She is the one likely to call you in waitlist situations.
 – Kirstie Rosenfield (events@psia-i.org) is the Event Manager. She focuses on event calendar management, including ensuring sufficient staffing, minimizing waitlist situations, and handling resort management interactions (i.e. tickets and meeting space) for all disciplines.
 – We have contracted with Jesse Morse (webmaster@psia-i.org) to assist with our computer proficiency/functionality, our webpage, and our social media.

Both Vicki and Kirstie are our interface with the Board of Directors and the National PSIA/AASI office. Please take a moment to admire the redesigned website and calendar. We are confident that this season should give improved and timely support/information to the members. You will be receiving more brief emails about Division activities and you will notice a greater presence on social media. Be sure to send us photos for Facebook!

It’s also worth mentioning that we recently renewed our office lease for another five years, so you won’t have any trouble finding us in the future. We’ll continue to be located at 7105 S. Highland Dr. in Salt Lake City, UT.

We are here to help with your questions, issues, compliments, or even complaints. One of our goals is to more publicly recognize success and great experiences from the membership. We would like to post certification and accreditation awards as they happen. We would like to post pictures that are PSIA/AASI-focused, and great tales from personal experiences or successful recoveries from your professional life. Keep us posted so we can share your PSIA/AASI-I membership involvement. You can reach us using this page, or at 801-942-2066 and admin@-psia-i.org. Remember, we are here to help you!
