To get credit for an educational event you completed outside of PSIA/AASI, please complete the following form and submit it. You must also send the division office (303-987-9390, admin@psia-i.org) documentation that you successfully completed the event, for verification and approval by PSIA/AASI Intermountain staff. Approval and determination of CEUs is at the discretion of the Discipline Manager.
Members are limited to earning six CEUs every two seasons in this method, and a $50 processing fee will be assessed if your application is approved.
