Under most circumstances, registration will be open for an event up through two weeks (14 days) prior to the first day of the event, or until it reaches capacity. The registration deadline for all events is noted on their information page in the event calendar.
Telephone registrations are only accepted for indoor/lecture events, as a completed waiver is required in order to attend on-snow or outdoor events.
Registering after this two-week deadline will incur a $20 late fee and may only be done by sending the offline registration form to the office (email@example.com, 801-942-2066).
If an event fills, a waitlist may be available at no charge to allow further registrations in case any participants cancel. To inquire about the possibility of being added to the waitlist for an event, please contact the office (firstname.lastname@example.org, 801-942-2066). A completed offline registration form will be required to join the waitlist if one is available. If you are accepted into the event, the late fee will still apply if you were added to the waitlist after the registration deadline for an event.
You may cancel your event registration for any reason and receive a 100% refund if you do so at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the start date of the event.
A cancellation requested 7 to 13 days prior to the event start date will receive a 50% refund.
A cancellation requested less than 7 days prior to the event start date will not receive a refund.
A medical issue with documentation or bereavement is an exception to these policies.*
Changes to your registration less than 14 days prior to the event start date will incur an additional $25 change fee.
A medical issue with documentation or bereavement is an exception to this fee.*
* For medical issues, a note from your doctor stating that you were unable to ski or ride on the day of your event is considered sufficient documentation. In case of bereavement, you will need to provide the name of the deceased and the name of the funeral home involved.
