The best snowsports lessons are ones that are relevant to a student's needs. Relevance can only be achieved through a continuous and intentional decision making process. Lessons are most successful when the instructor's decisions & behaviors prioritize the student's trust, learning and performance goals.

At this year's Interski in Finland PSIA will present its ideas and practices about decision making. Get a sneak peak at that presentation with Stephen Helfenbein. He will share some tools that will help you create a lesson that meets the needs of your students by adapting to the unique circumstances of each lesson.
