Course Description:
This two-session webinar aims to transform how we perceive and deliver feedback by examining it from multiple perspectives. Our goal is to eliminate negativity and stigma, fostering a supportive environment that encourages learning and connection for both coach and student.
During the course, participants will delve into feedback from the viewpoints of both the receiver and the giver. You will practice using the provided tools, engage in discussions with peers, and apply learning to real-life situations.
All PSIA-AASI members must follow the PSIA-AASI code of conduct.
All members participating in an Intermountain clinic or assessment must wear a helmet when sliding on snow using lift-accessed terrain.
